Leadership
Diederick Roodt
Diederick brings experience in consulting, leadership development and coaching, including nearly a decade at McKinsey. At McKinsey, he led a global materials research team of more than 40 people. He has completed coaching training and brings experience in learning design, from leadership programmes to the structure, exercises and assessment of the Event Mental Wellbeing online course. His work focuses on helping people make sense of complex challenges and find practical ways forward.

Johanna Roodt
Johanna brings more than 15 years of experience in international events and project management, alongside coaching and facilitation. During around six years at EARMA, she led community engagement, events and communications, building the functions and a six-person team. Her experience spans associations, professional networks and research communities. Her work connects the purpose of an event with the experience of the people involved.
