LEADERSHIP COACHING & DEVELOPMENT

Turn leadership insight into everyday practice.

We design leadership development journeys that combine practical training, individual coaching and structured reflection. Leaders work on real conversations, decisions and team challenges, then test new approaches in their day-to-day work.

BUILT AROUND THE WORK LEADERS ACTUALLY DO

Development starts with the moments that matter.

Useful leadership development must hold up in a meeting, a difficult conversation and a changing organisation. We build the work around situations leaders recognise.

01 / Communicate clearly

Give feedback, explain decisions and set expectations in ways people can understand and act on.

02 / Handle difficult conversations

Address tension, performance and disagreement without allowing important issues to drift.

03 / Lead through change

Create clarity, involve people appropriately and help teams adapt as work changes.

04 / Build sustainable leadership habits

Use coaching and reflection to turn learning into choices leaders can apply in their real work.

A CONNECTED DEVELOPMENT JOURNEY

Training creates momentum. Coaching helps it travel back into the work.

We can design a complete journey or strengthen an existing programme. The sequence is adapted to the organisation, the participants and the change required.

1. Understand the context

We speak with the people commissioning the work and, where useful, participants. We agree what needs to change, how success will be judged and what must remain confidential.

2. Design the journey

We connect practical workshops, individual or group coaching and reflection around the responsibilities leaders actually hold.

3. Practise with real situations

Participants work on conversations, decisions and relationships from their roles, using relevant models and structured practice.

4. Apply between sessions

Leaders test approaches in their day-to-day work. Coaching provides space to examine what happened and adjust.

5. Reflect and sustain

We bring learning back into the group, identify what is changing and agree what will help the work continue.

HOW WE COACH

Coaching in its organisational context.

A leader does not work in isolation. We look at the individual, their relationships, responsibilities and the wider system around them. Coaching helps people see a situation from more than one angle, recognise patterns and develop actions that fit the environment in which they lead.

At the outset, we agree the purpose, roles and boundaries with the person commissioning the work and the participant. The content of coaching conversations remains confidential, while the wider programme can still be evaluated against agreed goals.

Practical, reflective and grounded in real work.
We use questions, structured reflection, relevant models and rehearsal. Participants leave with something they can try, observe or discuss before the next session.

Three ways to work together

Choose the support that fits the work.

Some organisations need a connected development journey. Others need a focused space for a cohort or one person. Each route starts with the situation and can stand alone.

01

For organisations

Leadership development programmes

Connect practical workshops, coaching and reflection around the behaviours leaders need to use in their day-to-day work.

Discuss a programme
02

For cohorts and peer groups

Group coaching

Give colleagues or peers a structured space to work through shared responsibilities, compare perspectives and decide what to try next.

Discuss group coaching
03

For individuals

One-to-one coaching

Work confidentially on a role, a decision, career direction or a more sustainable way of leading and working.

  1. 01

    Understand

Agree what needs to change, how success will be judged and what must remain confidential.

  2. 02

    Design

Connect workshops, coaching and reflection around the responsibilities leaders actually hold.

  3. 03

  4. 04

    Apply

Test new approaches between sessions, observe what happens and adjust.

  5. 05

    Sustain

Bring learning back into the group and agree what will help the work continue.

The programme stays connected to the organisation. We agree the purpose, roles and boundaries with the person commissioning the work and the participant. Coaching conversations remain confidential while the wider programme can still be evaluated against agreed goals.
