Communication Professionals’ Exchange

Think through the work with people who understand it.

A small international peer group for people responsible for how organisations communicate, engage audiences and manage change. Bring a real challenge, compare approaches and leave each session with something useful to try.

Why it exists

Communication work is easier to carry when you are not carrying it alone.

The difficult parts of the role rarely have a standard answer. A message is not landing. Stakeholders want different things. A channel is underperforming. Priorities change just as a campaign is ready to launch. CPX gives you a trusted group in which to examine the situation before deciding what to do.

Bring the real question

Work on a current communication, engagement or leadership challenge rather than a generic exercise.

Use the group’s experience

Hear how professionals in other organisations and sectors have handled comparable situations.

Keep moving between sessions

Test an approach, work with a peer partner and return to the group with what you learned.

Who it is for

A broader communications community.

CPX welcomes people whose work includes communication, regardless of sector or job title. This can include:

  • Corporate, association and internal communication
  • Marketing, content and campaign roles
  • Membership and community engagement
  • Public affairs and stakeholder communication
  • Change communication and employer communication
  • Independent consultants and freelancers
  • Professionals for whom communication is an important part of a broader role

How it works

Ten conversations, shaped by the people in the group.

The programme runs over approximately six months. Topics are chosen with the cohort and may include difficult messages, stakeholder alignment, internal communication, channel choices, working with leadership, engagement and professional confidence.

Curated cohort

We build a small group with varied experience and enough common ground for useful conversation.

Peer partner

You have someone to compare notes with and support progress between the main sessions.

Guest perspectives

Where useful, guest contributors bring specialist knowledge to questions selected by participants.

Programme fee

€395

Ten online sessions, billed in advance. Dates and the cohort are confirmed before you commit.

Paid places only

CPX does not currently offer sponsored places. You may fund your own place or ask your organisation to fund it.

Places are limited so that everyone has time to contribute.
